Noxus
Riven's sister in arms
Teneff is a veteran of the Ionian campaign who fights with an iron hook on a chain. She fought shoulder to shoulder with Riven there and thinks of her as a sister. Later she joined the runesmith Tifalenji in hunting for Riven, though she never fully trusted her. In the end she put the shackles on Riven herself and led her back toward Noxus, promising to treat her with dignity.
