The Charmer
Rakan is a battle dancer and showman of the Lhotlan tribe who used to draw crowds in taverns and at festivals. He's charming, reads people easily and believes some of them can change.
He was singing to win over the crowd at a harvest festival in Vlonqo when he met Xayah. When he learned their tribe had lost its lands, he joined her rebellion, and in the middle of a tavern brawl the two pledged themselves to each other.
