Ionia
The Virtuoso
Jhin is a serial killer who sees murder as art and turns every killing into a performance. In Ionia they call him the Golden Demon.
Kusho, Shen and Zed eventually caught him. Zed wanted him dead on the spot, but Kusho had him locked away in Tuula instead. Years later, secret patrons within Ionia's halls of power set him free because they wanted to use him. Jhin, for his part, is simply preparing his next performance.
HweiThe painter hunting himJhin spent an entire summer as a guest at the temple of Koyehn, and Hwei showed him around. On the temple's last night, Jhin pressed Hwei to show him his true art. Soon after Jhin left, the temple was destroyed, and in the rubble Hwei found a trap shaped like a lotus.
